The location is great, but the service was trash. The room wasn’t soundproof, so I could hear the noise outside. We found dirt on our blanket, like poop, and asked for a new one. Instead of changing it, the woman staff member argued that it was clean. I called the admin to report it, but didn’t get any assurance about the situation. It was a very traumatizing experience, and her behavior was unprofessional.

Staff were really friendly and worked around our specific cleaning requests during our three-week stay. It was easy to get to Circuit Makati on foot, too. A great place overall!

I picked this hostel mainly because Ayala Circuit is about a minute away on foot, and it was the cheapest place I found that met my needs. They provide a towel and hygiene kit, and the staff were polite and accommodating. There are some tradeoffs. Most rooms have no windows, the ceiling is low and the space can feel cramped. Street noise from motorcycles and honking carries inside. That seems more like a wider noise-control issue than the hostel's fault. I also found the bedding itchy and not very comfortable. There’s no dedicated parking. Street spaces are limited and feel risky, while the nearest safer option is the mall a minute away, which may not suit SUV owners. Still, if you're after an affordable spot near Ayala Circuit and can live with the noise and compact room, it does the job. For more quiet or space, I'd look elsewhere.

I stayed here while sorting out my visa. The place was nice and tidy, and Ayala mall circuit is within walking distance. The ceiling is low, so I wouldn't recommend it for a tall person. Laundry is available for 250 per wash.

I mainly chose it for the short trip to the VFS office, and for the price it was okay. The room was roomy, though the ceiling was so low a tall guest could easily hit their head, and the lighting felt dim. Still, I think the good points outweigh those drawbacks. I'd recommend it to someone looking for a convenient, affordable stay.
