TERRIBLE SERVICE. BUYER BEWARE. As soon as the receptionist saw that the Agoda booking price wasn’t in their favor, they pressured me to cancel it. Completely unprofessional. They were dressed like they’d just rolled out of their house, with no sense of hospitality. From the way they carried themselves, you’d think they were random bystanders, TAMBAYS, rather than staff. DragonLink’s reception team was useless. No initiative, no knowledge, and no interest in helping anyone. Lazy and incompetent from beginning to end.

Everything is very close by. Keny Rodgers breakfast is 50 meters away, and the laundry is 50 meters away too. 7/11 is just 5 meters away, and so on. The location is very central, and the AC works perfectly and quietly. Recommended.

Such a bargain in the middle of Pobla in Makati. I paid just 1,200 Php (20usd) and got a really big room with a king bed. The AC was really cold, and practically everything I needed was there, apart from hot water. That didn’t bother me since I’m used to cold showers.

I got the room on sale, so it was cheap for an overnight stay. It was spacious and clean, with a sink, fridge, and coffee maker. There was no microwave or cooking gear if you need that. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and there are plenty of restaurants, clubs, and convenience stores within walking distance. It’s a good no-frills place to sleep after a night out, but may not suit you if you want the full hotel experience and all the amenities. I had a good stay and would probably book again if I needed to and it was still on sale. At full price, I wouldn’t.
