It's an affordable option if you're saving money, with food and many places nearby. The area is safe to walk around even at night, since it's next to City Hall and there are guards and authorities around. Traffic does get congested at peak times.

I spent a week here and had a great time. The staff were helpful and accommodating, the room and CR were clean, and the internet was fast. The location made it easy to reach all the places I visited, and the jeepney stop was only 50 meters away. I felt secure because there weren't any standbys around. It was very commendable for the price, and I'd stay again if I got the chance. Thanks, Zen Rooms Makati City Hall 😊

For the price, the location is fairly convenient, with several malls and restaurants within walking distance. But the kitchenette isn't really usable, since it only has a sink, and watch out for large roaches at night, no joke. It’s basically just a bed and bathroom, so you get what you pay for.

Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and plenty big for two. We had a great stay and would come back. Thank you!

The room photos are deceiving. I stayed one night, and the place looked and felt like a resettlement area. Take my advice and stay away. If Google let me give negative stars, this would easily get -5.
