The place and room both smelled bad, there was no Wi-Fi, and there was no front desk. The security officer was sarcastic. Most of the facilities shown in the photos seem to be there just to attract customers, because they aren’t actually available. The worst. I can’t recommend it.

The rooftop pool was nice, and my room had its own Wi-Fi, so the connection was fast. It looked out over a courtyard and stayed quiet. The hotel is a little far from the center, but right beside the metro.
