There’s a Japanese restaurant at the back, plus several other kinds of restaurants around the hotel. Laundry, a convenience store, and shopping are all within walking distance. Upstairs there’s also a terrace/loft restaurant bar, reached by a separate elevator. The hotel could be much better if the owners invested in proper maintenance professionals and materials.

Bathroom doors barely worked, the room was small, and neither the shower nor toilet worked properly. There were cockroaches too. I left them a surprise when I checked out. Staycation prices are nearly the same, so book a staycation room instead of staying here.

For one night, this was a decent deal, especially with breakfast included. The room was clean and fine for an overnight stay, and the location puts you near shops, fast food places, and restaurants. Staff were friendly and accommodating. It was well maintained and had the basics, including towels and a toothbrush and toothpaste kit, but no electric kettle for hot water. I did spot a few small cockroaches, so pest control may be needed. Breakfast was served on time at 7AM 🙏. I’m not too picky, and for the price I found the stay reasonable and convenient. I’d recommend it to budget travelers looking for a short, affordable stay.

We got moved three times because so much in the rooms didn’t work. The phones were out, there was no hot water, the refrigerator didn’t work, and there were bugs in the beds. The rooms were tiny, barely bigger than the bed, and the front desk staff seemed uncaring. We asked to speak with a manager, but they wouldn’t let us, and it seemed like the manager was never there. The included breakfast had very little choice and tasted horrible. There were also serious safety problems. Electrical outlets were hanging out of the wall, and broken light switches seemed capable of causing an electric shock. The toilet leaked all over the floor, and the broken bidets sprayed water across it too. Some windows wouldn’t close because their latches were missing. They should have described the rooms more accurately and made sure everything worked, even at a budget hotel. I’ve been to the Philippines 12 times, and this was the worst hotel and worst travel experience I’ve had. Stay far away from this trash heap of a hotel.
