To the owner, I’m outraged by how we were treated at your venue during Storm Kristine. Despite the severe weather, your manager called and demanded that we leave while rain was pouring. It showed no regard for guest safety, basic decency, or common sense. Making guests and suppliers risk their safety in a storm is dangerous and negligent. The manager was unprofessional, dismissive, and rude, and the venue’s actions made it seem that it didn’t care about customers or anyone’s wellbeing. I can’t believe this is how you run the business. I’ll make sure people hear how recklessly the venue operates in extreme weather. This deserves a ZERO STAR review, and I expect the complaint to reach the highest level of management. You should be ashamed of how this was handled. I demand an immediate response from you, the owner.

I love the sunny daytime view, and at night the lights and sounds really fit the city’s rhythm. The place has an urban, techy style and feels cozy and advanced. Best of all, it’s right in the heart of the city. It’s somewhere to stay and relax, but also to have fun, meet new friends, and make lifelong memories.

For an affordable place in the middle of the city, I’d highly recommend this. It’s like a dormitory, with rooms shared with other people. The place is clean and secure, with bars, restaurants, convenience stores, and more all around it.

The location was great, and I met some interesting, fun people. My room was comfortable, and the staff were helpful. The downside was a yellowish mark on the bedsheet. I booked through the hotel website, then found Agoda was much cheaper. If I come back, I’ll book there instead.
