I liked the little pool on the roof deck, and I enjoyed the breakfast on my last visit. I'm happy to stay again next weekend. The hotel feels comfortable, with an old-fashioned British-style charm. If it gets renovated, adding more power sockets would help, especially near the kettle and other appliances, so guests who work can use their devices more easily. A hairdryer would also be a small addition that could make a real difference to customer satisfaction.

This was our second time booking at Herald Suites, after staying at the Polaris Branch and now at the Don Chino Roces branch. The service was very good. Staff were attentive and helpful, and they even surprised my wife and me with a cake and greetings in our room. We'll definitely book again.

I left a precious item in my room, and Monica was incredibly helpful in arranging to have it delivered by motorcycle. The staff were very attentive throughout, and breakfast was delicious. The interior is really beautiful, with a British colonial style. Overall, an excellent hotel.

I felt comfortable here, and I liked the small pool on the roof deck. The hotel has an old-fashioned British look, with some style to it. I enjoyed the breakfast on my last visit, so I'm happy to come back next weekend. If the hotel is renovated, please add sockets throughout, especially where you put the kettle, so working guests can plug things in. The builders don't seem to know what's missing because they never live in the hotels they build. A hairdryer is another example: a small investment that can make customers happier.
