Once I got checked in, the room turned out to be beautiful and better than I expected. The 24/7 service was excellent, with staff responding quickly whenever I asked for something. My stay was good overall, though I hope they improve the front desk atmosphere and add more seating. At first, I stood waiting for an hour without anyone acknowledging the guests in line. The front desk area smelled unpleasant, possibly because of construction, and there weren't enough chairs for arrivals.

The room was enormous, with a huge jacuzzi and a 55/65 inch smart TV. It was clean, and everything worked for me, despite having read complaints about the rooms. The nightclub downstairs can make things noisy: from the sixth floor I could still hear people singing, though it may not be party noise every day. On my second day it was quiet. Hot water was unreliable too. It wasn't working when I showered at 10, and in the morning it was lukewarm, so the jacuzzi didn't get very warm. I'm also not sure whether rooms are cleaned daily or if you have to request it. Getting around takes some planning. The hotel is a bit far from the airport, city center, and MOA, and Grab rides might be expensive. I spent around USD 5-10 per book. For food, though, it's easy to walk to Jollibees, dunkin, McDonald's, and other fastfood places, food stalls, and convenience stores, with a mall nearby. When I arrived, the location felt a bit sketchy and I thought the place was a restaurant. The security guard quickly realized I was there for the hotel and helped with my luggage. Check-in was easy, but strict: no early arrival before 2pm. My room was still being cleaned, and with a small lobby I went outside to look for food. The reservation was helpful and really kind. The room was almost too much for a solo traveler, but I enjoyed the stay and wished I could've stayed longer. The noise and location might not suit everyone, but if you're not fussy, you'll enjoy it.

The lighting was good, and they had unpaid Netflix. We booked for the jacuzzi and it was okay, but the shower was really moldy. The towels looked gross, grayish and rough, and there was no soap by the sink. The toilet paper was thinner than single ply. The lobby and elevators smelled like cigarettes. The lobby was cluttered with chairs, towels, and boxes, and the elevators were dirty. The hallways, at least, were clean and smelled fresh.

This was my second stay, and I enjoyed it. On the first night I had a room problem, but receptionist Ms Ynah and housekeeper Ms Leean acted quickly, and I moved to a different room. After that, the experience was amazing. The staff are accommodating, and I always sleep well here. It's very close to the clinic where I work, AF gym, some restaurants, and Makati Med Hospital.
