My dates were important, so I relied on the Agoda booking, which was confirmed and fully paid. Even so, Herald Suites Solana Makati refused it because they said the room had been offered at a “cheap price,” and gave me only two choices: pay extra cash or cancel. Having a paid reservation canceled over the hotel's own pricing issue felt like false advertising and was very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend booking here, especially if your dates matter.

The room upgrade was a welcome surprise, and management checked afterward to make sure the move had gone smoothly without my having to ask. The room was spacious and spotless, with working air conditioning, and the large, well-kept bathroom was a highlight. The staff listened carefully and followed through on requests, treating me with real care. I was happy to pay the direct rate to support an honest establishment. Highly recommended. I had a frustrating problem with my external booking platform, but throughout it the Herald Suites Solana staff were honorable, truthful, and professional. I felt genuinely valued as a guest.

My junior room was spacious, and it could work for a family too. The staff were friendly and jumped in to help, and the service was amazing. The location is somewhat isolated and far from nightlife, with little to do nearby. If you don't need to go out much, this place is ideal.

The staff were lovely and took great care of me. The breakfast is included, but don't expect much: just instant coffee and a small plate of your choice. The rooms are very old and the bath wasn't very clean, even though the place looks good when you first arrive. Check what facilities the hotel actually offers.

The food is excellent, and the room was perfect apart from a small shower problem after we changed rooms. The service was great, with everyone being nice and helpful. The main issue is the noisy location: you can hear dogs fighting, horns, and vehicles. The TV also didn't work well. Still, I recommend this place 98% 🤎🤎🤎🤎
