The service was so bad. We contacted customer service at the airport to get the exact location, but they couldn't even figure out where the hotel was. When we finally reached the hotel, they sent us to the wrong place, about 5 km away, and the taxi cost P250. The amenities felt like false advertising. The Wi-Fi wasn't working properly, so we called reception and got another network and password, but the password was wrong. We found out when we checked the hall near the spa and saw the Wi-Fi password there. I'd spend my money somewhere else or risk regretting it.
