The room itself had no view, even though the reception area has a beautiful one. The welcome from the receptionists was lovely and made the entrance feel like a five-star hotel, but the stay didn’t feel worth the room price. We couldn’t get a hot shower, despite Baguio still being cold during summer. The Wi-Fi kept dropping and was too slow to work with, so I had to sit near reception to get a steady connection. We also weren’t told the restaurant closed at 7:30 PM, so we missed dinner there and had to order food. Our food in the room got infested with cockroaches and we couldn’t eat it, so I wouldn’t recommend bringing or keeping food there. The lovely view is only from reception. For what we paid, the experience fell short.
