The pictures look very different from the place in person, so I'd suggest checking it out before booking. At 4.5k pesos, it didn't feel worth the cost. The air-condition units weren't properly maintained, and the sink in my room leaked. The shared kitchen rules weren't followed properly either. This isn't budget friendly for students.

The staff were sweet and accommodating when I went last month. They even used our money to pick up food for us while we were busy. The room was great, and I felt the service and room were worth more than what we paid. They were considerate and gave us extra time to get ready and pack. 10/10.

I wouldn't stay here again. The place was dirty, the switches were broken, and the air conditioning was weak. I couldn't get a good night's sleep, and the service and accommodation were very poor.

I gave it two stars because the beds were very comfortable and the wifi was very good. The young man left in charge was friendly and seemed to be trying his best. The workers looked very young, and since nobody wore a uniform, I couldn't tell who was working and who was just on the computer. It's a long walk to walking street. I had electronics go missing from my room while I was asleep or in the shower, including at least one item that never left the room. I asked to see the CCTV from when I got back. It showed an employee mopping near my room at 4:30 am, when there weren't even front desk people at night. He looked at the camera and turned off the light to “save electricity,” which made the footage useless. I also asked for the second floor footage to see him going upstairs afterward. They kept saying they'd provide it, but never did. I'm not accusing anyone. It could have been another guest or someone who came in through the unlocked front door. While I was there, another expat was trying to buy his phone back from someone who stole it at the hotel. I was told that was different because it involved a drug transaction. There's no security, and the gate isn't locked at night. My first room was in bad shape. The sheets and towel practically fell apart before I switched rooms. The toilet wouldn't flush 99% of the time, so I had to fill it with a hose. The showerhead came off, leaving me to bathe with a hose. Toilet paper isn't supplied in the rooms, so you have to ask each time. Sometimes they have it, and sometimes it takes three days. There were lots of bugs. The second room was a bit better, but the AC was very loud, and water came through the bathroom light when it rained. When it rains, the street out front becomes a pond. My Grab driver had to take off his shoes and socks to get my luggage. Across the street, the neighbor lets out an aggressive dog that barks at you as soon as it sees you, and keeps barking for about 10 min. I hate leaving a bad review for a family-owned business, but the theft concern, drug activity, and water problems mean I won't return. Cheap can be cheap for a reason. If you're broke, need somewhere to stay, and have no valuables, this may work for you. For me it was an expensive lesson. Use a hotel with a guard and CCTV that actually works if you have valuables. If you stay here, avoid the handicapped room and use the lock bar the other rooms have when you sleep.

The rooms are poorly kept, and at the moment, you aren't allowed to use the flush in any room. The monthly dorm rates seem high, especially since water and electricity aren't included. In my experience, food also tends to get stolen.
