My 10-day quarantine stay had a lot of problems. It was supposed to be quarantine-only, but people kept leaving their rooms, and there was no security. It got very loud late in the day. There was no backup generator, and the power went out several times. The toilet clogged constantly. The food was bland, portions were small, and it arrived at inconsistent hours. They’ll try to get payment upfront, and if you’re released early, there’s no refund. It costs 2,200 pesos a night, about double the usual rate, for very little service. The room looked nothing like the online photo and was outdated, with nowhere to put things and no desk or chair. Bring your own toiletries. Staff expected tips for everything and could be bought at the right price. The front office was rude, unpleasant, and charged a different room price. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

The employees are easy to approach. When I asked to have the bedding changed and the room cleaned again, they helped without fuss. The hotel is clean, and the medium-sized room was enough for me. It’s also conveniently close to shops and restaurants. A small refrigerator for food and cold drinks would be a useful addition. I hope to stay again.

It’s a new hotel, and they were still finishing a few things, but the stay was great anyway. The room was clean, the atmosphere quiet, and everything is within walking distance. The staff, especially the daytime team, were courteous and friendly, and took time to attend to guests’ needs.

The rooms don’t have a microwave, personal refrigerator, or even a cooler, and I wish mine had a table. Still, the staff, from the manager, Ms. Cristy, to the security team, were awesome and found ways to help. The place isn’t fancy, and it isn’t even a Best Western hotel, but the customer experience earned my 5-star rating. Call before your stay so you know what to expect. Thanks!

The TV was broken, and although staff said they’d fix it, they never followed up. At least the Wi-Fi worked. The pillows smelled like someone had just slept on them. Outside, the hotel is near a garbage heap, with lots of squashed rats on the street; one man even tried to throw a live rat at me. It’s a lifesaver if you really need a cheap place, but keep your expectations in check.
