The room had a queen-sized bed, two pillows, a blanket but no duvet, a side table, and both a dining table with chairs and a working table with a chair. There was a sliding closet with drawers and hangers, a key-accessible door, a noisy but working A/C, cable TV, and a refrigerator. The kitchen had a stove, cooking ware, a sink, plates, utensils, mugs, and glasses. The bathroom had a toilet with bidet, a shower with hot water, a sink with mirror, and a safety box. Body towels, bathroom tissue, a guest kit, bottled water, and a 3-in-1 coffee sachet were complimentary. Breakfast wasn't included. There was a check-in counter, a restaurant/cafe, and free parking, but no elevator. It was an excellent stay and experience!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, and the location is great.

For a month, I had a studio with a balcony, and it was great value for the money. The alley is quiet, though shops, restaurants, and nightlife are all within walking distance. The place is well run and super clean, with a cozy room, a great king bed, and everything working properly. The staff were friendly and really attentive.

The outside looked appealing, but once we got into the room the stay was a huge disappointment. At ₱1,800 a night, we expected a clean, comfortable place. Instead, the blanket had brown circular stains, the walls were dirty, and the kitchen exhaust fan was loose and looked ready to fall. Water was pooling under the kitchen cabinet from a bad sink leak, and the restroom was poorly cleaned, with a wet floor that may have been from a leaking shower. We also found hair on a cup. The WiFi was so slow it was often unusable. We complained at the front desk and asked for a refund because of the room's condition, the amenities that weren't working, and the WiFi. They said they couldn't refund us because the payment was already in the vault. We'd been there less than 10 minutes. They offered an upstairs room, but I couldn't use the stairs because of a medical condition, which is why we had specifically booked a ground-floor room. The woman who checked us in seemed untrained and uninterested. While we tried to explain the problem, she kept looking at her phone and showed no empathy or concern. The response felt unprofessional and only added to our frustration. The actual room looked nothing like the online photos, which felt misleading. It seemed uncared for and unsanitary, and wasn't worth even half what we paid. We expected basic cleanliness and working utilities. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay. There are better options at this price.
