They wouldn't let me check in at 1 PM, saying check-in wasn't until 2, even though the hotel didn't seem busy and there weren't many guests. Then at checkout they inspected the sheets with a flash, found a tiny dirty spot, and insisted on charging me 500 yuan for cleaning. It was ridiculous and felt incredibly inhumane. 😓

I booked this as a quick, cheap stay because I was on a tight budget, then got asked for a Php 2,000 security deposit at check-in. Nightmare. They don't even mention the 2K deposit on Agoda, so stay away. This was the worst hotel experience I've had, and you probably won't enjoy it either. If you accidentally book here, check the sheets and pillows before accepting the room. You could risk being charged Php 500 for stains that were already there.

The WiFi didn't work, and the staff were unfriendly. They wouldn't let me check in even a little before 2 pm. They also tried to charge for a minor sheet stain that could easily have come out in the laundry. Terrible experience, I wouldn't stay here.

The staff were kind, accommodating, and easy to talk to, and the location was accessible. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the amenities added to a pleasant stay. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!

Check-in went fine, so we trusted the hotel and didn't inspect everything. We were tired and sleepy. At checkout, they surprised us with a charge of P500 for stains on the linen. From the picture, the stains were long, and we hadn't caused them. It was very disappointing. My advice is to check everything before you settle in.
