We booked for 3D2N, but there was no designated parking and the guards were rude and hard to approach. The whole time we felt stressed and disappointed instead of enjoying our vacation. On the night of May 22, the guard on duty rudely told us, "Then go look for paid parking." Finding a spot in Baguio is difficult because most paid parking is full. We didn't mind paying for overnight parking, but we booked an Airbnb hoping to have easier parking access. Why operate all the buildings if there isn't enough parking, especially for customers? I wouldn't recommend staying here. Save yourself the hassle, there are better places in Baguio.

The balcony had a majestic view at night, and the rooms were clean. It's very accessible, and I'd gladly stay here again.

The condo's exterior looks beautiful, and there's 24/7 security at the main entrance. Inside, though, the smell from the pipeline and construction in parts of the area affect the atmosphere. The walls don't block sound, and the elevator buttons are placed incorrectly, which can disrupt a stay. Still, Moldex Residences Baguio by Moldex Realty is a decent value option for budget-conscious travelers willing to overlook those issues.

You can cook here and the place is okay, but there were cockroaches. There isn't a wardrobe or hangers for clothes. We also had no Wi-Fi for almost a day. Maybe the provider was at fault, maybe the place, we don't know, but it was a real hassle, especially since mobile data was so slow and we had no other option in the room.
