The room and bed were decent, but the Wi-Fi was so slow that we had to use mobile data despite the free Wi-Fi being offered. It was stressful trying to reach the receptionist, who took a very long time to answer. I called several times without getting through, then went to the lobby and asked why. She said their phone was broken and didn't ring. We were meant to get lunch through room service from the restaurant, but even the restaurant didn't answer, so we checked out six hours earlier than planned. I hope management fixes this.

The place was clean and comfortable, but we had to ask reception for the amenity kit because it wasn't in the room. I thought it might have been an oversight, until my parents had the same experience. Cell service is spotty there, so it was disappointing that the internet was unstable too. Then the water supply went out, and we had to check out without being able to shower properly.

There’s no elevator. The room and bathroom were clean, though the bidet was leaking.

The service was good, with friendly and helpful staff. The room was a good size, but it looked like many other customers had worn it down and several things needed fixing. The location depends on what each person is looking for.
