George and Dijan are wonderful hosts. Our room was spacious and very clean, the food was amazing, and the big pool has a beautiful view over Argao.

I found Argao to be a little hidden gem, with so much nearby to explore. In a one-hour scooter ride I found everything I wanted to visit, including mountain peaks, waterfalls, sea turtles, and local cacao production. Ask George about trips around the area, and you may end up extending your stay. There's no need to take a taxi to crowded tourist spots. Back at the resort, George and Dyanne run a lovely place with magnificent views, scenic sunrises and sunsets, and a welcome that makes you feel at home. The kitchen is on another level compared with the cheap options elsewhere. Breakfast comes with several divine choices, and each evening there are three menus. Everything was quality, well prepared, and served with a smile. It's a perfect spot to relax off the beaten track.

With just four rooms, a lovely terrace, and a pool, this is a small, beautiful place to relax and take in the views. The owner's family are lovely and do their best to look after you. They shop at the market and cook fresh food to suit your taste, and they're happy to help organize trips for reasonable prices. I had a great stay and will come back!

Panorama de Argao was just right for a short stay on Cebu. It's a small, family-owned resort hotel with four lovely rooms only steps from the pool. The rooms were clean and quiet, and the ocean view takes in nearby Bohol and down to Siquijor. The pool was big enough for a swim, and the owner cooked good dinners. I rented the hotel's scooter for half a day to look around.
