After Bagyo Tino, the power was out for a couple of days, and hotels were fully booked. We had little choice, so this establishment was where we ended up. I never got around to taking photos. The rooms weren't clean, and there was a rancid smell during our stay. They have a cafeteria serving breakfast and lunch. It's an option if you're on a budget, but not if you want somewhere more decent and relaxing. Still, I'm grateful we had a place to stay and charge our phones and emergency lights. The lady who checked us in was very nice, even with people scrambling for a place during that time.

For 900 php a night, the room had cockroaches, though the AC worked and the bed was clean. Their cafeteria does a good job, with tasty, cheap food.

We left early because we couldn't take the smell anymore. One room's fridge worked fine, but the other was full of roaches and dirty stuff, and the odor kept getting worse. Both rooms had dusty floors and stains, and one smelled musty while the other had that cockroach smell. My sister had booked two family rooms for our 3-day, 2-night visit with relatives. There were six of us, a baby, and three kids, so we needed a place that could fit the family. We only planned to leave our things there and sleep at night. I was skeptical because it was inexpensive, but we'd seen the layout and it seemed decent. We spotted red flags when we arrived, but we were exhausted and stressed from traveling and didn't bother changing plans. I've traveled a bit and hardly ever leave bad accommodation reviews, but this stay was unforgettable. They don't seem to know what ZEN means. Never again. It was NOT A ZEN ROOM.

For Quick nap option B, we took a room without cable TV, though I'd forgotten there was also a quick nap option that included it. The newly renovated room was good for the price. The floor had some stains, which was okay, and the mattress was good, but the pillowcases were a bit old. The aircon worked, but wasn't strong enough to cool the room. The plywood walls mean people in neighboring rooms might hear you, so be careful with noise. Quick nap option A had a great interior, spacious and clean, with a nightlight. It reminded me of rooms at Nature's Village Resort. The bathroom was clean and worked well, though the shower's hot setting didn't. Some light came in through the windows, but it was manageable. The curtain blocked outside light during the day, though the room was still bright. The air conditioning was strong: we left it on while we stepped out to buy some things, and the room was already cold when we came back. The bed was soft and comfortable, but the old pillowcases showed signs of long use and thinning. Still manageable. The cable TV wasn't really worth it: the cable box remote was missing and the TV screen was damaged.

For a solo traveler watching their budget, this place could work. It has an AC room, a mini cafe or canteen, a spacious room that's a bit soundproof, hot shower (hallelujah 😂), several sockets, a chill area, and a smoking area.
