The function rooms work for small meetings or gatherings, but get a contract when you book so you don’t get ripped off. The restaurant staff were very, very bad: they said one thing and did another, and didn’t seem trustworthy or efficient. Food was good, prices were okay, and portions were just enough. The buttered chicken is delicious.

A friend suggested this place, and after staying here I’d recommend it too if you need somewhere in Bacolod City that’s affordable, clean, and safe. Pasalubong shops, diners, parks, and even the City government center are only a block away.

Housekeeping was quick and knew what he was doing, and the restaurant server was nice too. The bathroom, though, was dirty, with dirt on the floor, black moss on the tiles, and a dead lizard (butiki). The front desk person wasn’t accommodating and didn’t know whether they could provide a dipper (tabo) or a rug for the cr. I was also charged for an extra person, while the free meal only covered two people. That felt like a rip off. There are a lot of things to improve.

Staff were helpful and accommodating, and having parking makes this a good deal if you’re travelling by car. It’s a cozy spot tucked behind busy Lacson St. The wifi only reaches the lobby, though. Hopefully they can extend it to the back rooms.
