4/10
The location is very accessible, with jeepneys passing in front of the hotel or along the corner street. The cheapest rooms are 480 pesos, and staff can help with directions, though some are kind of mean. I stayed one night in a regular fan room with a common bath for 480 pesos. Air-conditioned rooms with a bath are 600 pesos. The atmosphere felt like a hospital, the rooms, especially on the second floor, were old, and road noise was loud. The common bathroom smelled bad. Soap and tissue were provided, but the bath towels were very old.

The room rates are affordable, and the staff were very nice. Still, I didn’t really like my stay because the comfort room was dirty, cockroaches seemed right at home in it, and there was no water in the lavatory.

We got a huge room for only 600php. There’s no parking lot, and I saw someone smoking inside the lodging house.

The place is somewhat pricey, and I wouldn’t really recommend it. The door lock and aircon were broken, and the room smelled like the cr.

A handy place to stay when you need somewhere at short notice. The staff could use some customer service training though.
