For the price, it felt worth it, and the air conditioning worked well. The stairs were fine with me and even made for some exercise. The guard regularly offered help, and the bellboys were approachable and helpful. Some front desk staff were courteous, though one we dealt with had poor phone manners and seemed to lose her patience easily based on her tone. The Wi-Fi wasn't working on our floor.

The staff were attentive and friendly, and getting into the city was convenient. Our stay was good overall, though water from the air conditioner dripped right onto my bed. I also think they should have an elevator for people with disabilities and others who need one.

The front desk wouldn't move me after I asked for a room with quieter air conditioning, and the person there seemed annoyed. You could hear other rooms' loud units along the hallway too. My deluxe room felt old, creepy, and ugly, and its air conditioner was really noisy. For this price, I could probably find a better room with quieter air conditioning in the city for around 500. A lame hotel.

The location makes it easy to get around the city, and Grab was accessible, with a base fare of 60 php since it's in the city center. Staff were friendly and accommodating, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the room was comfortable enough for the low price. The stairs were fine. The CR could use some improvement but was okay. I'd suggest eating out rather than relying on the food there.
