The stay wasn't good overall. Room 604's AC wasn't working, so we were moved to another deluxe room, 319. Its temperature was set to 16°C with no remote, and it got very cold under the thin blanket. The toilet and bidet didn't work, the bowl wouldn't flush, and the room wasn't clean. It was also noisy enough that we couldn't rest, with cars audible from 2 a.m. to 7 a.m. I forgot to take pictures.

I just checked out of SOGO – Molino and felt well looked after during my short stay. The staff on duty were helpful and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere felt like home. I'm very satisfied and would happily return.

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Sogo Molino around three to five times from May through June 2025, and we generally had a good experience. The Executive Rooms were clean and comfortable, a nice place to relax, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I do have a question about the pricing. We usually paid around P1,500+ for six hours, but the official website showed that rate for 12 hours. I hope management checks the current branch prices. We appreciate the service and hope to keep booking here.
