One Serenata Hotel Bacoor

The staff were very nice, but the cleanliness fell well short of what I expected. The toilets in two rooms wouldn't flush, and the AC couldn't get the rooms cold. I'm from outside the area and had booked three rooms for two nights for my family, but I cancelled the second night. I only wanted a decent place in Bacoor while visiting my sister's tomb in the cemetery. I read the reviews beforehand, but I feel I was misled by what I'd seen. I wouldn't recommend it as a decent place to stay in Bacoor. Thanks for reading.

The room lighting and mirror were just right, and the area felt secure. The place was clean, with a nice atmosphere, and worth the price. I also loved the food menu, all of it. They include free breakfast for a 24-hour stay and free food for a five-hour stay.

This turned out to be a pleasant surprise. It's a basic, clean room at a cheap price, with fresh towels and basic toiletries. The staff were nice, efficient and courteous. I was happy as long as the room and bathroom were clean, and they were. It isn't advertised as fancy, so set your expectations accordingly. They also offer short stays of less than 24 hours in garage rooms. I don't mind that, and actually find it convenient.

I stayed for 24 hours to get away from home for a bit, and it was quiet enough that I slept well. No dogs barking all night. The rooms had a clean, nice atmosphere, the staff were accommodating, and the food was good. I loved it.
