The rooms felt better suited to couples than families, and families may need to book rooms that fit their needs. Some staff were pleasant, even friendly, but there were also instances of rudeness toward my family. This remote area has little to recommend it beyond its fine black sand. There isn't really space to play physical games in front of the beach. You may be able to do that on the right side of the "resort," since Lumie're Beachfront Resort is the last one on the far right. Walkability needs improvement, and the price should be a bit lower for six air-conditioned rooms in an area that feels more "glamping"-ish than a resort. Free Wi-Fi details are given after check-in, usually on the receipt. They also provide two towels and small soaps. Overall, I'd rate it 2.5/5.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was very tasty. It's an affordable place for a short stay, but it's remote and you can only get there by car. With little internet connection, finding it isn't easy.

There's free Wi-Fi, which is useful since there's no cellular signal. The kubo is air conditioned, so the stay is more bearable, and the resort allows pets. Keep an eye on their safety, though, as the resort won't be liable for them. The cottage was clean, the linens looked and smelled fresh, and the restroom didn't stink. They provide towels, soap, and shampoo. Staff are friendly and help where they can, especially with bags. There's no corkage fee on food, so bringing your own can help, since the market is 15-20 minutes away. Finding the entrance is difficult. You have to walk over extremely hot sand and cross a wooden plank (see pictures). Parking is also far away, making it a hassle to move things between the car and the resort. There's a 500 incidental fee that's returned at checkout. I don't mind paying it, but it should be stated before the booking is approved. They also require a waiver saying they won't take responsibility for whatever happens during your stay. There's just one outdoor shower, and the water pressure is too weak to rinse the sand off. With no perimeter lights around the beach, swimming at night is close to impossible.

What a joke. They'll welcome you to sit, drink, and buy their food, but going into the water costs an extra 200 pesos per person, even though it's a public beach. The place is low-rent and mediocre at best, but about the only option on this stretch of sand. If you walk in just for food and drinks, be aware that that's all you get. Apparently, you give up your rights to the public beach. Lol.

The beach resort is simple but comfortable, with lovely nipa huts, cool aircon, two electric fans, a sink, and a big comfortable bed. The toilet, fine black sand, and good water were nice too. The one thing that really bothered me was the loud music and singing. People go to swim, enjoy the sea, unwind, and eat, but some guests sang loudly, often out of tune, from morning until late at night. The management should set rules against nonstop singing and drinking. Some Filipinos can be so unaware of others, and it was really annoying. It's unfair to people who just want to relax quietly, and it's such an eyesore.
