I had a disappointing, unpleasant experience with the reception staff. My assigned room was next to the hotel’s common restroom, so after check-in I politely asked to move for health reasons. They first asked whether I’d used the guest kits; I hadn’t. Then I waited a few minutes in the lobby and was told the hotel was fully booked. But I saw people checking in while I sat with my coffee across from the front desk, and it didn’t look fully booked to me. In my opinion, the staff need to learn and practice Total Quality Management, especially its core principle of Customer Focus.

It also has a distinctive glass roof where you can see the sky, and a pond with koi fish. A Christmas tree was placed over the pond, but we could still see the fish.
