Albergo Hotel

The room was quite spacious, the parking guards were accommodating, and the price was okay since I booked through Agoda. It’s pet friendly too. But the place feels very old, and I was sad to see it in this condition. The condominium tower is partly a hotel and should be renovated. The room was dated, and the restroom needs remodeling. The water heater pressure was low. There was no telephone in my room to call the lobby, no bell service, and no internet in the rooms, only in the lobby and common area. They do have plated breakfast and a water dispenser on every floor. Parking is limited, so guests and unit owners have to adjust when one vehicle blocks another. The elevator from parking to the lobby wasn’t working, and only one elevator serves hotel guests. It runs automatically, going up first before coming to your floor. There’s a large outdoor area on the second floor, and lots of empty commercial spaces at ground level.

The elevator was a little scary, though I got used to it, and the hallways were spacious, like an asylum where I was raised. The hotel is old, with a late 90s or early 2000s feel, and it didn’t seem well managed or maintained. The bedroom had vintage furniture arranged awkwardly, which is understandable since interior decoration wasn’t a big thing back then. In room 906, where we stayed, the flat screen TV and TV box were the only new things. The bathroom was clean, but the old shower curtain had turned yellow. Its fluorescent light flickered like something from a horror movie.

There was no Wi-Fi, and our room was dirty and moldy. Restaurant service was poor as well. We were also charged extra fees without being told beforehand, which felt misleading and unacceptable. I was extremely disappointed with my stay at [Hotel Name] and can’t recommend it.

Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was also near some tourist spots and restaurants.
