Austrianne Residences

The hosts were very welcoming, and the facilities were top notch. The reviews are all true, and the place exceeded our expectations. You could stay in the room without getting bored, thanks to the Smart TV and fast WiFi. Better than most hotels in Baguio. Book this fast!

The bed and sofa were really comfortable, and the shower was spacious and comfortable too. From the front and back of the residence, the view was beautiful and peaceful. The room had all the basics we needed, including toiletries, water, coffee, tea, a kettle, fridge, microwave, towels, fast internet and a smart TV. The whole place felt new and well cared for. It smelled fresh and clean as soon as we walked in, and everything was neat. I'm very picky about cleanliness, and I couldn't find anything to complain about. The area felt very safe, and there were parking spots. I'd love to come back and will definitely recommend it to friends and family visiting Baguio. Well done and thank you!

Ms. Annette and her husband provided service that went beyond what we expected. It was raining when we checked out, and they offered to drive us somewhere we could easily get a taxi. The room was comfortable and very clean, and the fragrance throughout the house and room was relaxing. The atmosphere really made it feel like home.

The common area was well lit and accessed with an electronic lock, and there was a Wi-Fi router right in the room. The linen was immaculate, and the place was very clean, especially the bathroom. The neighborhood felt safe, with a guard across the entrance. There was secure parking, but space for only four vehicles. It was very good value. The place seemed very well maintained, or maybe newly built?
