Crown Legacy Hotel

When we arrived, the room had no bottled water, towels, or slippers. I called reception, and they brought the slippers and towel we asked for. But the bath towel looked dirty, almost brown, so we requested another one. There wasn't a replacement, and we decided to buy one outside.

Room 423 was spacious and clean, with fast Wi-Fi and decent lighting. It would be better if the bathroom were cleaned more thoroughly to remove the mold and stains, and had a complete shower enclosure to keep water from getting out. The front desk, housekeeping, and security were responsive and helpful. It would help if someone were always available to take calls at 400 for housekeeping, and if there were a water dispenser on each floor. The location was satisfactory, near places of interest, and taxis were usually available.

The location is convenient, close to everything, but I wouldn't stay here again. The rooms felt old, weren't clean, and had dim lighting; it seemed like maintenance had been neglected for a long time. There was noise everywhere, especially from the public gym inside the building, where outsiders could come in and play loud music. The staff were okay to deal with, but I rarely saw them around. When I asked whether card payment was accepted, they said yes, then told me the terminal wasn't working when I went to pay. They didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. It was the worst hotel I've stayed in, and definitely not worth the price. I don't recommend it.

We booked two nights for a family vacation and ended up feeling like the stay was wasted. We hadn't known when booking that the hotel doesn't allow in-room massage service. Having a spa treatment is one of the ways we relax on vacation, and not being able to do that really ruined the trip. It sucks.
