The water pressure was so weak that I couldn’t use the shower properly, which was a real hassle. Still, the room and common areas were kept clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, so the stay was pleasant overall. Better water pressure would make a big difference.

The rooftop lounge was a highlight, with a street view, a cool breeze, and food and drinks available. There are also paid activities like billiards, table football, and a cute miniature golf course. The lounge closes at 11 PM. On our last day we tried the buffet, now ₱299, and I thought it was worth it as someone who eats a lot. There was a good range of dishes, plus fruit and desserts. The staff and guards were kind and ready to help when we raised concerns. We nearly skipped this place, but I’m glad we came. It’s a comfortable, affordable option in Tagum City. We originally booked one night to see the facilities and decide whether to stay longer. We wanted two more nights, but were told the rooms were fully booked for the second night, so we moved to another inn. If you’re planning a few days here, check with the front desk about availability for the rest of the week. The rates are very affordable. We did have an issue with a sewage-like smell in the bathroom. We waited to see if it would go away, but it didn’t. When we told the staff, they said we’d need to check out and wait until check-in time to get another room. That was alright since we’d already spent nearly the whole night there.

A budget-friendly place right in Tagum City, with 12-hour and 24-hour rates and options with or without breakfast. The staff are nice, and the rooms and hallways are clean. Parking is easy to access, and there’s a laundry shop and cafe on the ground floor. Malls, hospitals, restaurants, and other businesses are nearby.

The guard was very nice, and the showers had hot water. That was about the only good part of this stay. They charged us for early check-in, but after all the issues, we weren’t actually checked in until around noon. Our first room reeked of sewage. It had no toilet seat or towels, and bugs were coming from behind the faucets. I felt like throwing up after about three minutes, so I asked for another room. They reluctantly moved us next door, but it had the same sewage smell, missing toilet seat and towels, and bugs that looked like sewer bugs. I asked again and got the room across the hall, which had just been vacated and looked ten times better. It still had bugs and no toilet seat or towels, though they fixed those issues. The staff acted as if helping us was a bother. When I went downstairs for the free breakfast, they said I wasn’t entitled to one because I’d booked online, even though I paid more than the walk-in rate. I had about two weeks left, but checked out and moved to a great bed and breakfast nearby. Don’t walk away from this place, run!

I’d read the reviews here and expected them to be true, so I was glad to find the place decent and clean. The floors were wet during our stay, but staff took care of it. The internet wasn’t working, which they could improve. We’ll definitely come back, though. We loved staying here for New Year because it’s very close to Tagum City hall, where the fireworks display happened.
