Cris Inn - Tagum

The location is very handy, right in the heart of the city and close to shops, malls, and restaurants. Some of the staff were friendly, but the place needs work. Our room smelled, and the air conditioner wasn’t cold. There’s no telephone intercom for calling the lobby, so if you need something you have to go downstairs. Hopefully they add one. Early check-in was also very expensive, with an extra 900 charged straight away. During our stay someone knocked and even tried to open the door. It was scary. When we opened it, the person wasn’t wearing a uniform but said they were staff. That’s not standard practice for entering a room.

The location and service at Criss inn tagum were good, and I was happy with my stay. The FRONT OFFICE STAFF welcomed me warmly and treated me in a friendly way. Thanks to the HOUSEKEEPING STAFF for taking good care of us, too. Special mention to the room attendant, I think his name was ( JAKE), if I’m remembering right. He was very accommodating, cleaned our room really well for 2 days, and was approachable and professional when handling our concern. He made the stay comfortable and homey. He deserves good compensation. I look forward to coming back.

The food was tasty and satisfying, so we didn’t need to look elsewhere for meals. Cris Inn Tagum also felt cozy and convenient, and I’d happily stay there again. The staff were friendly and accommodating from check-in through check-out, always ready to help and make us feel welcome. I’d definitely recommend it if you want a comfortable place to stay.

It’s handy to have coffee shops, restaurants, and a grocery or convenience store nearby. The water pressure was good, the heater worked, and both elevators were working. The bathroom had an awful sewer smell, and although the wifi let us connect, nothing would load when we tried to browse online. The front desk wouldn’t give us another keycard for our other guest, which made things inconvenient since we were going on separate errands.
