The rooms were extremely dirty, and there were lots of inconveniences. The staff were rude and impolite, and wouldn't listen to customers. They even kick guests out in the middle of the night, even after they've already paid. We were very disappointed and sadly can't recommend this guesthouse. If you want a peaceful, safe, and stress-free stay, find somewhere else. The positive replies they post to comments online seem like fake PR responses. I hope the owner reads this, 99.9%.

We booked two nights, but moved to a hotel for the second night. I had prepared for the worst because we paid only 950 per night, but the place was even worse than I expected. There's just one shared bathroom, and if the place is full you may have to share it with around 15 people. The rooms are separated by thin plywood, so you can clearly hear people in the other rooms. We were put in a roadside room with a broken window that seemed to have been patched with plastic, so the street noise came through too. The place is on the third floor of an apartment building, just past baguio public market.

Rooms are clean, people are welcoming, and it's very cheap. Keep your expectations modest and you'll be happy with the money you save.

The bunk bed was decent, and there were lockers in the room that you could lock. It's within 1 km of the bus station, and I got a warm greeting when I arrived late in the evening. The wifi wasn't working, though. In the morning there was no running water, and I couldn't find any staff to report it to.

The best thing about this transient home is how close it is to the city proper, Baguio Center Mall, and the jeepneys going to La Trinidad. The rooms themselves weren't bad, but the noise from outside was a problem. We paid 1500 for two nights, which felt overpriced for the place. On our last night, newcomers in the living room kept us from getting decent sleep, even though we had a FunRun the next morning.
