The room was clean and had fresh linens, but there are only two shared bathrooms, and the more decent one was clogged. I couldn’t bring myself to use it, so I held my pee until morning and went to the nearest Jollibee for breakfast.

The room was a problem, and when we raised it, the host just told us we could leave. I wasn’t even being confrontational. What kind of customer service is that? This was the worst experience I’ve had, and I think this place should be blacklisted. The bathroom was dirty, and everything looked old: rusty metal railings, creepy vandalism on the walls, and dark, spooky corridors where you’d need a flashlight. The accommodation was stinky too. High Country Inn felt like one of Baguio’s haunted places, straight out of The Ring. You don’t need to watch a horror movie to get the experience. Save yourself the trouble, scroll on and find somewhere else. I’m sure there are far better accommodations.

The street and office right by the entrance made a lot of noise, and I could hear people working while I was trying to sleep. The heater also didn't work. They gave us a manual one, but using it in the shower would have meant running an extension cord and risking an electric shock.

The room was somewhat dusty, and the bathroom had several problems: the heater wasn't working, the toilet was broken, and the sink drain was leaking.

There was nowhere to park, the faucet was damaged, and the water was so cold that I couldn't shower. The hotel was awful, and I won't be back. I wouldn't recommend it. If you don't want your vacation ruined, don't check in here.
