Hotel 45

Hotel 45 has a good location and price, which is what first attracted me. But the facilities were in poor condition and the stay was very disappointing. The heater didn't work, there was no air conditioning, and the hotel seemed poorly maintained. It's a shame the comfort and upkeep don't match the location. I hope management takes prompt action to improve the facilities and the guest experience.

At about 2k for one night, we thought it was a good deal, especially with SM Baguio, Burnham Park, and other tourist spots nearby. We booked through the booking.com app and got free breakfast. The room came with two towels and free toiletries for the two of us, plus a blanket on the bed. There was no AC, just an electric fan, but the bathroom had a heater for showers. The room descriptions could use an update.

We’ve booked here several times, but we won’t be back. Even though we booked well in advance, we were put in the smallest room on the floor, with a blocked city view, at the same rate as the other rooms. Nearby rooms were empty, so we politely asked to switch. The woman on staff, who looked to be in her 40s or 50s, was very grumpy about it for no reason. I hope management looks into how staff treat guests.

The location is a big plus, close to SM and the bus terminal, and the service was good. Free breakfast and the other parts of the package were nice too. The hotel itself is a little old, but everything else worked well. I don’t have much more to add, I’d recommend it.
