The rock formations and beach are gorgeous, and the owners and their kids are right there helping run the place. They were so warm with us. We tried the hot, spicy squid in squid ink, definitely worth having, and they also shared their light, healthy, coconutty halo-halo. Such a refreshing island feel. Thanks so much, Gratum. No surprise so many people come to relax here. Loved our visit and hope to be back!

For a family vacation in Dapitan, Gratum beach resort is one place to consider. The staff are friendly and hospitable. You can reserve through Agoda or look up their Facebook page and message them with questions. ❤️😘🫶

We came for one night with friends, my wife and me, and found a lovely atmosphere with friendly, efficient staff. The owners, Barry and his wife, were very hospitable, and Barry welcomed feedback so he can make improvements for guests. The beach is wonderfully shallow for children and feels safe for families. Just know that you may have to wade more than 100 metres before the water is deep enough to swim.

The setting is great, with a lovely atmosphere for families and friends who like sea adventures. I only managed to spend a couple of hours there because I had personal errands. The rooms were being renovated during my visit, so I didn’t get to see them.
