ZHENA and GENEVA at reception were especially kind, and the whole team was friendly and professional whenever I needed anything. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location worked perfectly for me. I appreciated the bottled water they provided each morning. The amenities and comfortable stay felt like good value for the price. I had a memorable visit and will definitely return. Perfect in every way for me.

We spent four days here for our board exam, and the staff made the stay comfortable and fun. They greeted us with smiles and responded quickly whenever we asked for something. Their service made the exam experience much better, and I’d book here again.

I decided to check out early that afternoon, without eating or drinking, because the whole situation had left me shaken. I was far from my province for this year’s board exam and felt the staff were rude, arrogant, unprofessional, and didn’t prioritize customers. I was treated badly, and the experience was awful.
