88 Hotspring Resort

88 Hotspring Resort has plenty to enjoy, from the food to the cottages, massage areas, and picnic spots. Everything seemed cared for, and the staff were polite and ready to help. Our room was clean, roomy, and comfortable. With trees all around and a view of Mount Makiling, it’s a quiet place for families, couples, or friends to unwind. The natural hot spring water makes it a lovely place to relax, and I’d recommend it to others and visit again.

The staff were generally helpful and accommodating, which made things easier. There’s greenery all around and a relaxed, peaceful feel to the place. The hot spring water was especially soothing at night in the cool air, and the clean pools come in several sizes for families or smaller groups. Rooms are basic but comfortable enough for a night. It’s a nice, affordable place to spend some downtime with friends or family away from the city.

The food at Ihawan restaurant was tasty and the staff there were nice, and the setting was relaxing. But our four-day stay had several problems. My two kids had to pay entrance fees for all four days even though they were staying inside the resort, which didn’t make sense to me. The room was dated, with brown marks on the water closet and lifted tiles. Breakfast was the same hotdog or bangus with egg each day, and the plastic glasses had tea stains, which felt unhygienic. My son also had an accident at one pool because of the suction. The warning sign was hard to notice, and not all kids can read, so the suction should be outside the pool.

We had a really restful time at 88 Hotspring Resort. The pools were clean and looked after, and the warm water was a treat after a long day. Being surrounded by nature gave the place a peaceful feel. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and quick to help us out. I’d recommend it for a break from the city and would be happy to come back.
