The only thing that worked well was the air conditioning. Outside, the street was extremely loud, and the bathroom sink had no plumbing. They handed us an elevator key even though the elevator was out of order. The staff weren't helpful with the Booking app, so we had to cancel the payment and pay again in cash. That took an entire hour, and they then asked for a higher price and left breakfast out. They also had no change.
