I've lived here since 2006, and the power problem is the main issue for homeowners and tenants now. The outages have lasted almost a week, with no countermeasures or even a plan from the developers, admin, or property management. They aren't transparent, and their requests for patience have worn out. I regret buying a unit here. I'd put my hard-earned money with a better developer, like DMCI. If there were a grade below one star, I'd give it to show how much I dislike this place. The security staff are competent and trustworthy, and the cleaning and maintenance workers are commendable. That's the one positive.

Easy to find, and the grocery store is excellent. It's always busy, with lots of customers and online delivery too.

There's a good range of food inside and outside, and you're close to everything you need. The place feels homey and welcomes pets. Lots of condo owners walk around with one or two pets. The security guards were friendly and respectful. If I'm not mistaken, this is one of Mandaluyong's oldest condominiums.
