Pioneer Suites Tower 1 20A isn't worth staying at. Check-in time is normal, but checkout at 10am is unusually early for an Airbnb. There's no water heater, so the bath is freezing cold. Checking in was a hassle, and the checker arrived so early at checkout it seemed they couldn't spare the guest even a minute. Housekeeping costs extra, yet it isn't cleaned every day. Pool access is another 200 per head. Calling this a staycation place, as the description does, is a joke. I don't recommend it.

The pool gets maintained weekly, and the amenities are nice. There's a spot to meditate, and the long-awaited playground finally opened just in time for my youngest son's school vacation. The guards, maintenance workers, and pool attendants are respectful and greet you with a smile, which can lift your spirits on a bad day. Admin and engineering respond quickly to my questions and concerns. There are tables and chairs by the pool, but eating or bringing snacks there isn't allowed. There's also a place away from the pool where you can eat, but that's not allowed either, so my kids and I have to go upstairs to feed them, then come back down.

The pool is great and cleaned weekly, and the guards and staff are friendly. The guards try to learn residents' faces so they don't always have to ask which unit you live in. Management responds promptly to concerns, addressing issues as soon as they can and sharing the information people need. Notices about events are updated regularly. Getting around is easy, with MRT nearby and tricycles and eJeep just outside the condo. SM Megamall, Greenfield, and SM Light are all accessible. A great place to stay.

It's spacious and a good place to stay, close to the MRT and supermarkets. The staff are friendly, and security feels very good.

Pioneer Woodlands has improved a lot under the new management. They're responsive and accommodating, and they listen to residents and act on concerns efficiently. It's refreshing to see such professionalism and commitment to making the community better.
