Reddoorz Plus @ Pioneer Woodlands Mandaluyong

They said I could leave because I was being a hassle, but it was the middle of the night. Eventually they offered a room transfer, but I’d have to go to their office at 6 or 7am. They really didn’t care about my well-being. The people managing the units were unprofessional, and the place wasn’t exactly clean. I was also told there was no shower, even though the ad said there was. When I complained that nobody had told me, they blamed customer service and said they had informed them. I wouldn’t have booked otherwise. The owner took no responsibility. My room faced EDSA, so it was noisy all the time, and at 1am I still couldn’t sleep. I’m writing this to warn people. It’s a cheap place for a cheap price, but is that worth losing sleep and not even getting a decent shower?

The customer service was very poor, and the staff were rude and unprofessional. They wouldn’t return my incidental deposit, and seemed to make up a violation I hadn’t committed as a reason to keep it. DIVINE was arrogant and rude, and even shouted at me. I contacted Reddoorz customer support to explain what happened, but they took no action. Stay away and don’t book here. I can’t even give them a single star. 😡😡🤬🤬

The staff helped me well, and my room was clean.
