From the 45th floor, there’s a view over the area. I like the location too, with plenty nearby, including restaurants, malls, and places for nightlife. This was The Ezeniel's Place studio unit.

As someone who owns a unit and has lived here for almost two years, I’ve found the maintenance among the worst I’ve experienced. Tower 1 has 55 floors and Tower 2 has 46, but each tower has only four elevators, and they’re not all in good shape. In Tower 2, just three have worked for almost a year. With more residents using them, the waits can feel endless. I’ve also seen only two elevators working, with a long queue in the lobby. There have been unexplained power cuts with no notice, even though nearby buildings still had electricity. The power was then switched off and on repeatedly, sometimes every second, which could damage appliances if you don’t unplug them. There are lots of security guards, but only a few seem to do their jobs properly, so don’t rely too much on them. Short-term visitors may not notice these problems, but I don’t think buying a unit here to live in is a wise decision. HORIZONS 101 has poor maintenance, mediocre security, and bad management overall.

The front desk girl wouldn’t assist us properly. She came across as unprofessional and not approachable.
