We stayed in a small family room that fit five adults, enough for its basic purpose. The lobby was elegant and clean, parking was free but limited, and sometimes we had to move our car if it blocked the one in front. Service was good, with friendly, accommodating staff. The linens were clean and had no odd smell, and the towels smelled nice. The hotel shampoo was one of the best I've come across. Our room had its own good Wi-Fi, though the TV only offered basic cable and no Netflix. The coffee bar could improve too: they provide 3-in-1 coffee, but separate powdered coffee and sugar would give more choice. Breakfast tasted good but wasn't exceptional. I was surprised it came plated instead of buffet style, and you order from a set menu. It took about 15 minutes to arrive, and my omelet was swimming in oil. You could book without breakfast and eat elsewhere. The location was good; we walked to Burnham Park.

We were 10 to 30 mins by taxi from places around Baguio city. The rooms were spacious and great, and ours had a lovely city view. The beds were big, and the bathroom and shower were good, with no problem getting hot water or decent pressure. Bathroom amenities were included and replenished daily. There was a decent amount of parking in front, enough for around 14 to 15 cars if double parked one behind another. A couple of security guards were stationed at the front. The doors used regular RFID card access and had chain locks inside. Breakfast started at 7 AM. It was included, with the usual silog plates and coffee, just a regular breakfast.

Affordable but still feels elegant and comfortable. The food was really good, and the place was clean and smelled fresh. We liked the atmosphere for a family trip, and the staff were very friendly. We’ll definitely come back 💞

We’ve been here as a couple for three nights and have been really happy with the stay. The room has lots of space, and the staff have all been so welcoming. Jeff in the restaurant deserves a special mention for noticing what we needed before we even asked. Josiah at the front desk greeted us with a lovely, warm smile, and Jed at the door was helpful too. That kind of care really showed us Filipino hospitality. This place deserves five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We came back for a second stay in the family room. It’s a handy base for getting around Baguio, on Naguilian Road, which is quieter but still close to places we wanted to visit. The staff are courteous and attentive, and the room was clean. The linens could use replacing, though.
