We had to rebook twice because of an emergency, and the staff accommodated us both times. Everyone, from the guards to the crew and front desk, was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean, and the whole hotel smells good. It's right behind Victory Liner Terminal, and you can get there directly without walking in the road. We'll stay here again on our next Baguio Trip!

We keep coming back as a family, and the experience has been consistently great. The staff are always ready to help, and the spacious rooms are spotless and air conditioned. The amenities are clearly sanitized. At a certain price, you also get a free breakfast buffet at the Amare restaurant next door, which is a nice bonus.

The staff at Microtel Baguio were all friendly, courteous, and helpful. The hotel is in the heart of Baguio, next to Victory Liner buses, and connected to a great restaurant with decent food. Our room wasn't bad, and having a combination safe was handy. With Baguio's cold weather, a heater is almost a necessity, but the reverse cycle aircon didn't seem to work in heat mode. Softer toilet paper would also make longer stays more comfortable. I'd still recommend the hotel.

Being next door to Victory Liner terminal is handy, though there can be some noise at night. Booking an upper-floor room helps keep the whistles from being so noticeable. The hotel is also within walking distance of Burnham park and SM Mall. The staff have improved a lot. The front desk is friendly and willing to help, and the security guards greet you with a smile. Dhon and the housekeeping team do a superb job keeping rooms neat, clean, and smelling nice. This year's (2025) Christmas decorations are much nicer, a candy to your eyes. Amare, an italian resto, is my favorite food partner here. Their menu is superb, and the clay oven lets you make your own pizza, which is perfect for kids and the kid at heart. Breakfast is typical filipino, but you can ask for scramble eggs, and they also have fruits, salads, and soups. This is one of my favorite places to stay in Baguio.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the direct connection to Victory Liner made getting to and from the hotel super easy. Staff were friendly and helpful, and we had a pleasant stay. We'd consider returning. One small annoyance was the bathroom tissue holder. It was placed a little awkwardly, so the tissue kept falling straight into the water closet.
