My mom, daughter, and I had a lovely visit to NYC Manhattan Suites on April 29 and 30. The balcony view was a highlight, and we liked it so much that we extended our stay. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, a great start to the day. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and quick to help whenever we needed something. A couple of small comforts were missing: there were no coffee or tea facilities in the room, and no slippers for the shower room. Still, it’s a warm, lovely place with beautiful rooms and excellent service. I’d gladly return and recommend it.

The balcony view was one of my favorite things, and I enjoyed the stay enough to extend it. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and a great way to begin the day. The staff at NYC Manhattan Suite were welcoming and ready to help with anything. My room was clean, comfortable, and well prepared, so it was easy to relax. Lovely rooms, great service, and a warm atmosphere that feels like home. I’d definitely stay again and recommend it.

We ended up here for two nights after a problem with our first reservation elsewhere. It was already 7 pm when we booked, but they found us a room that same day. Everyone on staff was respectful, well-mannered, and welcoming. The rooms were neat and tidy, and the hallways stayed clean and quiet. Breakfast was included. It’s near Session Road, though travel time depends on traffic. Our room had a great view both at night and during the day, though I don’t know if all the rooms do.

The location is a bit uphill, though you can get there by taxi. I stayed for three days and two nights, and the reception staff were friendly and nice. Breakfast was great too. I’d book here again.

The staff were polite, tended to our needs, and even helped me park because the space was so narrow. Our room was spacious and neat, with plenty of extra pillows. The downside was the weak shower pressure. A bath could take anywhere from about 30 minutes to an hour.
