The room was clean, and you can use their videoke through a projector. The comfort room was neat too, with tissues already provided. The staff and owner were friendly. The place is convenient for the beaches and port, and they offer food and beer as well. No hassle, and I’d definitely recommend it 😊

There’s a 24/7 convenience store and cafeteria, and they also offer motorbike rentals. The location is handy, within walking distance of the port and the town proper, Poblacion. For one night it’s fine, though I’d probably head into town after that to find something else. The air conditioners seemed undersized if you need a cold room for a good night’s sleep.

It was too dark. We didn’t check in, since we own a private beachfront resort in Pooc. A few months ago, I went there with my guests for snacks, and I only got around to writing reviews recently. This reflected the group’s general opinion. I’m sorry if it hurt anyone’s feelings. I wish I could give the place a better review, and to be fair, the staff were very nice.

I’ve been fooled twice now. The owner is very particular about money, and the two air-conditioned rooms were a mess. OYO advertised what sounded like the best deal, but it wasn’t a real deal. Our experiences with OYO have been terrible, even worse than that, so I’m telling people not to trust it. It all feels fake. OYO, please don’t reply as if you’re the hotel owner. We’ve already talked. Two other hotel owners in Bantayan Island said the same thing: “OYO sucks”.
