Good value for the money. The bathroom’s huge, and there’s hot and cold water, but the bidet and shower pressure are weak. One day during our stay, the bathroom ran out of water. There’s a kitchen in the room with reusable plates, and you can borrow pans and a casserole from the main kitchen. Gas is free, so we saved on food by buying from the market and cooking for ourselves. They also rent motorcycles.

The room was clean and roomy, and I really enjoyed staying there. I like exercise, so I didn’t mind walking to the downtown restaurants. If walking isn’t for you, motorcycles and trikes are around all the time.

You’re welcome to use all the kitchen utensils and the fridge for frozen food. Just note that there’s a 50-peso charge per meal to use the shared kitchen. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The staff were accommodating, and the room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with cold air conditioning. Guests can cook in the roomy kitchen, store perishables in the fridge, and bring in outside food without a corkage fee. The downside was that the whole island had a power interruption on our second day. They didn’t have generators yet, so the room got uncomfortable and we had to go out. There was also a smell coming from the bathroom drains. Apart from those issues, everything else was 👌
