We had an extra day on Bantayan Island after getting stranded by Typhoon Ada, the first typhoon of the year, and ate Jinky helped us through it. We still managed to enjoy the island, and I’m especially grateful for her help. The hotel was also an easy walk from the beach and MJ square. A morning walk along the shore takes you to Marlin's and then the famous Kota Beach sandbar, which becomes really visible at low tide. Our room was comfortable and clean, and they accommodated our request for an extra person. Breakfast was good enough to get us through the morning, especially the danggit. The staff, including ate Jinky, made this one of our best stays.

The upstairs lounge was our favorite place to unwind after a day out. Balai ni JK is right by the beach, so taking a quick swim is easy, and the town’s food spots are only steps away. We had a wonderful, relaxed stay and would happily recommend it for a convenient seaside break.

We had a really good time at Balai ni JK, and the staff made us feel welcome from the start. They even let us keep the upgraded room for all three nights, although we’d booked two different rooms because of availability, and didn’t charge extra. The room was cozy, clean, and relaxing. A couple things could be better: the shower pressure was very low, sometimes nonexistent, and breakfast came in disposable packs with portions that felt a little small. Still, we had a wonderful stay and would choose this place again if we’re back in Bantayan. ❤️

The staff were so welcoming, and the service made our stay great. It’s also close to the port, which was handy. Breakfast is included and the internet was fast. I love this place, and I’d choose this hotel again whenever I return to Bantayan Island.

The lounge area was lovely, and the staff were attentive whenever we had questions or needed something. They also accommodated my request for a first-floor room because my mom is a senior and partially blind, and gave us the first room. It was clean and cool, with towels and toiletries. We had a special stay at Balai ni JK. I hope they can improve the breakfast and drinking area. See you again.
