We traveled all the way from Mindanao to unwind in Baguio, and arriving to find the hotel had no room for us was very stressful. I had booked through Agoda and received confirmation, but the staff said they were fully booked. A confirmed reservation should be honored. This was a very disappointing and unprofessional hotel experience.
I found this place while on a trip to Baguio. The room and service were top-notch, and the view was gorgeous, 9/10.

The view was great and the place was good, but our room was double booked, so we waited more than an hour to get in. The heater also wasn't working.
The room was spacious and affordable for a group, and there’s parking, though spots are first come, first served. You can also park across the road. We came because the power was out and I was hungry. There’s no kitchen, but they serve food, and there’s a restaurant and a 7/11. The room had hot and cold showers, towels, toothbrushes, a generator, and its own Wi-Fi. The blanket and pillow smelled of Downy, though there was also a musty smell. The place was clean through the hallway and quiet.
