The house looks just as beautiful inside as it does outside, and there was enough room to park. Our room and the restrooms were clean, and they made sure we had enough blankets and pillows. The water heater worked perfectly, and there's a store just across the street. We could still hear guests upstairs after curfew, dragging chairs and making other random noises. Some of our group had their sleep disturbed. Even so, I had a pleasant stay and would come back and recommend it to friends visiting Baguio. Thank you! ❤

For 15 of us staying during last Panagbenga Festival through OTR Travel Service, we expected two rooms because we didn't know the other seven people in our group. Instead, we got one room in a transient house, split only by a curtain. There were bunk beds and two queen-size beds, while the rest of us had to sleep on pull-up chairs. This wasn't worth the stay, though the mix-up may have been a miscommunication between OTR and the transient. There weren't enough outlets for charging phones, the bathroom door wouldn't lock because it was broken, and the window curtains were very dusty. There was a 10 pm curfew, so we couldn't enjoy ourselves later in the evening. Housekeeping didn't give us the Wi-Fi password when we arrived. The place was pretty far from the main road, and the only store across the road closed at 9 pm. There were two bathrooms for 15 people. A TV with cable was provided, but no Netflix.

My group of 15 stayed here for Panagbenga Festival on Feb. 24-25, 2024. We expected two rooms with a door between the groups, but were disappointed to get just one room with two double beds and two queen-size beds, separated only by curtains. The photos they'd sent showed a different place. There was no privacy, and some friends had to sleep on pull-out chairs. We all paid equally, but it wasn't worth the cost. I left with my boyfriend to find another place. The room was dirty and dusty enough to trigger our allergies. The window curtains were very dusty too. There weren't extra outlets by the beds for charging phones, and one of the two bathrooms had a broken doorknob. There was a 10 pm curfew, so we couldn't stay up late, and although they said there was Wi-Fi, nobody gave us the password. No toiletries or towels were provided. It just wasn't comfortable.

We stayed with family to celebrate last year's eve, and we're definitely not going back. Parking was poor, cockroaches were everywhere, and the Wi-Fi didn't work. The staff's kids were wandering around all over the place, including one kid who was a certified KSP. The bedroom door couldn't close because the bed almost blocked the doorway. Worst of all, I couldn't trust the owner/contact person. If you're discussing inquiries or a reservation with her, make sure you can record the conversation. It wasn't worth what we paid.
